Our pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, new product releases, and other factors. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance (mention number of days) and will not affect existing contracts or services already rendered.

Additional charges may apply for customizations, add-ons, or services that go beyond the standard package.

2. Definitions

  • Products: Any software, applications, or digital goods developed and sold by K.D.K. Softwares (India) Pvt. Ltd..

3. Filing a Complaint

At K.D.K. Softwares (India) Pvt. Ltd. we believe that all possible attempts of amicably working out a mutually acceptable solution should be a priority in case of unsatisfactory service. A refund is the last resort that may be taken.

Our goal is to reach a mutually satisfactory solution with our Customers.

4.Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer refunds under certain circumstances as outlined below:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be processed if there is a defect in the software or service that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • In the event that the Customer changes their mind and no longer wants to use the software or service, but it is functioning as intended and there are no technical issues, the Customer will not be eligible for any refund.
  • If a service has been rendered in part, refunds will be issued proportionally based on the work completed and agreed upon scope.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom development fees or services that have been specifically tailored to the client’s needs are non-refundable.
  • Subscription-based services are refundable only if requested within the first 15 days of the subscription start date.

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your invoice details and the reason for the refund request.
  • Our support team will evaluate your request based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Upon refund approval, the Customer will be required to uninstall and delete the software from their device and log out from their accounts. Any further use or access to the software may result in legal consequences.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order, subscription, or project with us. Customers can cancel their subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing from registered mail ID to info@kdksoftware.com
  • Include your full name, Invoice number, and reason for cancellation in the subscription or services.
  • Cancellations made within the first 7 days of a subscription will be eligible for a full refund. Beyond this period, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit a cancellation request at least 15 days before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation requests are processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been successfully processed.
  • Upon cancellation, all services provided by K.D.K. Softwares (India) Pvt. Ltd. will be discontinued at the end of the current service period unless otherwise specified.
  • Access to any data, files, or software associated with cancelled services will no longer be available after the service period expires. The Customer will be required to uninstall and delete the software from their device and log out from their accounts. Any further use or access to the software may result in legal consequences.
  • Non-Cancellable Services: Certain services, such as custom software solutions or one-time consultation fees, may not be eligible for cancellation or refunds once initiated due to their bespoke nature.
  • K.D.K. Softwares (India) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a Customer’s subscription if the Customer violates the Terms of Service or engages in any fraudulent activity.

6. Amendments

K.D.K. Softwares (India) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to existing customers through email or other means, and the updated policy will be posted on our website. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.
